Maarten founded Glaser Real Estate in 2019 in Arroyo de la Miel, on the eastern Costa del Sol. He'd spent the previous years buying and selling apartments and villas in the region as both principal and broker — and the thing he kept noticing was that the tools available to foreign buyers were not good enough. Portals had volume but no judgment. Brand agencies had judgment but no warmth. Independent brokers had relationships but no infrastructure.
