Los Boliches is the classic Fuengirola beach neighbourhood — a former fishing village east of the centre that kept its character through the boom years. Its own Cercanías station gives the area the same airport-direct advantage as Centro at a softer entry price. Apartment stock leans toward beachfront blocks on the paseo, mid-century buildings one street back, and character townhouses on the older streets. The barrio holds a strong returning-buyer base from northern Europe, which keeps resale steady and gives pricing a defensible floor.
