Torreblanca sits on the hill east of Fuengirola town — residential rather than touristic, with its own Cercanías station, sea views from many properties, and meaningful value compared with beachfront. For apartment buyers the trade is direct: give up beach-walking, gain views and lower pricing per square metre. Townhouses with private pools and small residential villas form a meaningful slice of the stock alongside sea-view apartment blocks. The area attracts a family and primary-residence buyer base rather than a holiday-rental one, which gives the resale market a different (quieter, steadier) character to the beachfront.
A residential hillside market — buyers come for views and space, not beach-walking. Resale rhythm is slower than the beachfront but pricing is meaningfully more accessible.
