Apartments for sale in Myramar & San Cayetano.
The Avenida Myramar corridor — long-stay families, easy beach access.
Myramar is a quieter residential pocket on the western side of Fuengirola, along Avenida de los Boliches — beachfront blocks with easy beach access and a laid-back local feel. San Cayetano sits one street back, popular with long-stay primary-residence buyers. For apartment buyers the area’s strength is residential calm with direct beach access — no marina noise, no central crowds, but the seafront is at the doorstep. Apartment stock skews older and more residential than the central Fuengirola blocks, and pricing per square metre is meaningfully softer. The long-stay buyer base (Nordic and Dutch retirees, in particular) gives the area a stable resale floor.
A primary-residence beachfront market — buyers tend to settle and stay, which means resale is slower but pricing has been remarkably resilient.
